Lakshmi Ji Dhanteras, also known as dhantrayodasi. it is the first day that marks the festival of Diwali . it celebrated on the thirteenth lunar day of Krishna paksha in the Hindu calendar month of Kartika. the festival celebrated as "Lakshmi Puja " is performed in the evenings when tiny tiny diyas of clay are lit to drive away from the shadows of evil spirits. the word Dhanteras is made of two-word Dhan which means wealth and teras which means the 13th day. In this festival time, people are decorating his house with lots of lights and prey to the god (worshiped to the god )for happiness and prosperity in his life.  Dewali is the biggest festival of Hindu but other religions persons also celebrating the Diwali festival. In the festival of Diwali peoples are celebrating by firing crackers, and distribution of sweets, etc. people are making design (knowns as rangoli) on the doorways. INDIAN FESTIVAL HOLI Holi, it is an Indian festival. A festival that is filled with full of joy. In this festival, every one is  filled with the colour of happiness and people shows their  happiness by throwing the colour  to each other.
